The following steps to be followed to login to the study when moved from QA\UAT to Production environment:
Step 1: All the users should receive an email from support@cliniops.com to create their own login and password.
If you do not find the email in your inbox, please make sure to check the junk/spam folder.
Step 2: Click on to the link beside "Account activation link Click here to set your username and password" to activate your username and password.
Step 3:Once you have created your credentials, you can login to the study portal https://ABC.cliniops.com/login (ABC stands for the name of the study)
Step 4: One you have logged in, please go to the profile tab and scan the barcode on the ipad (from settings page). This is similar to the scan we did on the QA environment during the guided UAT session.
Step 5: The environment should move to ‘prod’ after the scan .
Step 6: Now you will be able to login to the study using your credentials.
Installing a new version of the application, after deleting the existing one.
To be sure if all the data has been synchronized, please view the dashboard in the iPad and make sure the Data Synchronization is 100% (Fig 1)
Delete the eSource application from the iPad. For deleting the application, keep pressing the eSource application icon. A "x" will appear as highlighted below (Fig 2). Click the "x" sign and the pop up for deleting the application will appear (Fig 3).. Click "Delete", the application will be deleted.

2. Enter the given AirWatch URL in the iPad's Safari browser - https://ds1506.awmdm.com/AirWatch/Login.
Enter the required group ID.

3. Enter Username and Password and click on Next.

4. Click on Download Profile and click on 'Allow' in the warning dialog box.

5. Click on Install and enter the iPad's passcode. And click on Install in the Install Profile dialog box.

6. Click on 'Trust'.

7. After few seconds, click on Install in the app installation dialog to install eSource application.

8. eSource will be installed on the iPad. Open the eSource application and click on Settings in the login page.

9. Next, tap on the camera icon to open the QR code scanner.

10. Open the web version of the application - click on Profile and scan the QR code.

11. Click on 'Continue'. Enter credentials and login.
