Follow the below steps to reset a database in the PROD Environment:


1.      Open the CliniOps Edge App in the iPad




2.      Click on the down left Settings icon in the login page. Settings page appears.



3.      Click on the Delete icon beside the Select environment.




4.      A popup message will appear stating Database reset complete . Again Click OK


5.   Click Continue. You will be navigated back to the login screen of the CliniOps application
